What is lip Lift?

A long upper lip (philtrum) can make the mouth look thin and hide the upper teeth. In a bullhorn lip lift, a strip of skin is removed just under the base of the nose and the lip is lifted, rolling the red part outwards and showing more tooth. Unlike filler, it changes the lip’s position rather than adding volume, and the result is permanent. The scar sits in the natural crease under the nose but healing quality varies between people.
